IPL Photofacial

Between the sun, harsh cleansers, pollution, and aging, our skin can become dull and wrinkled. Think of IPL as a multi-tasker with little to no downtime—from age spots to sun damage—it can tackle it all. IPL can treat Pigmented Lesions,Vascular Lesions (small blood vessels), Freckles, Rosacea, Age Spots, and Uneven Skin Texture.
The IPL Photofacial treatment uses short blasts of high-intensity light to produce younger-looking skin that’s firmer and more even in tone and texture. Obtaining optimal results with existing sun damage requires 3-5 treatments, spaced over 4 to 6 months for increased collagen production and beautiful even skin tone and health of the skin.
Before Treatment

You’ll be asked to stay out of sunlight before getting the treatment done. If you’ve tanned recently, we’ll ask you to wait a while before coming in for treatments. We’ll ask you to avoid medications that make you more sensitive to light, but always consult your doctor before stopping prescribed medications.
During Treatment
​
Treatments are quick and usually take about 30-60 minutes. During the treatment, your skin may appear slightly red and swollen. This is a normal reaction. You might feel a slight warming of the skin and mild discomfort during treatment.
After Treatment
​
You’ll be asked to avoid scented lotions, exfoliants, and aggressive scrubbing. It’s normal for freckles and sunspots to initially get darker and they usually flake off within one to three weeks. You might feel something like a sunburn after the treatment, but an ice pack should help.

Before Treatment

Do NOT exfoliate a few days before the peel. Stop using retinol products 7-10 days before peel.
During Treatment
​
We will have you cleanse your face and the Peel will be applied. The chemical applied will probably cause you to feel a little bit of tingling and itching, which are totally normal.You will be sent home with a kit and instructions following the peel.
After Treatment
​
Stay out of the sun two weeks after the peel. The most noticeable symptom that you’ll experience is peeling on your face. That’s the whole point of a chemical peel: to “peel” old skin to reveal healthier skin beneath. Use Sunscreen everyday after your peel to protect your skin.
Plasma IQ

Plasma IQ is a minimally invasive procedure meant to revitalize and rejuvenate the skin by using controlled plasma energy to create micro-injuries across the surface of the skin. This stimulates the healing process, by stimulating collagen, which in turn, tightens and lifts the skin for spectacular, younger-looking results. Before Treatment

Avoid the sun about four weeks before your treatment. Avoid other treatments a few weeks before the Plasma Pen. Discontinue any use of Retinol products 7 days before treatment.
During Treatment
​
We will numb your skin 30 minutes before treatment. You may feel slight discomfort during your procedure. The procedure takes 30-90 minutes depending on what area you are treating.
After Treatment
​
You will need 5 to 7 days downtime. We also suggest not wearing makeup in the treated area 5-7 days after your treatment. Stay away from heat and steam for about 2 weeks while the skin may be pink and very sensitive. No exercise at least 48 hours after treatment. Final results are usually not visible until around 3 – 6 weeks after the treatment.
Dermaplane
Smooth skin
Dermaplaning is a procedure that exfoliates your skin and gets rid of dirt and vellus hair, better known as “peach fuzz.” Dermaplane uses a scalpel or a tool called a dermatome to create a velvety smooth canvas for make-up application or better absorption of skincare products.
